Return Policy
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but If you are not satisfied with the items you received, please email service@zallopaws.com. We accept return requests within 30 days after receipt, details are as follows.
Return and Refunds
We are not responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT CONTACTING US PRIOR.
Return Procedure
1. Take a clear photo of the item.
2. Contact our customer service team via service@zallopaws.com.
3. Send the photos and order ID to the customer service team and tell them about your problems and the resolution you prefer.
4. The customer service team will send you the address of Zallopaws's international center, please send do not send the package back to where it came from, or it will delay your refund procedure.
5. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.
6. Notify us the tracking number after you have returned the item(s).
7. All the exchanges or refunds will be processed within 2 working days once we have received the item(s)
NOTICE
1. The returned item is in its original packaging; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner and tags intact.
2. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, Lucky Bags, items with non-returnable marks and free gifts may be subject to denial.
3. The returned items without communication will not be accepted.
4. To return a package, please contact our Customer Service for a return address. Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package.
5. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. The items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, underwear, event & party supplies, and accessories (except scarves, bags).
7. No exchange or return or amendments on final sale items and freebies cannot be returned.
8. Please ensure you don't accidentally include items not from Zallopaws in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, you will need to follow the returns process for a refund and repurchase the new item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
