ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your shipping information. Please double-check these (country, street number, company name, unit…), and contact us promptly in case of mistake. If you didn't receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

We try our best to process all orders within 1-3 business days of receipt, but it can take longer during peak periods (holiday seasons, big sales, etc...).

Notes:
1. After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 3-5 business days to process your order. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation E-mail with tracking# once your order has been shipped. Please note, the processing time is separate from the shipping time.
2. For logistical reasons, some items purchased in the same order may need to be sent in separate packages. This means you may not receive all your products in one package.
